Triumfit Training is a workout experience like no other. You will be pushed, you will break boundaries, and you will enjoy the heart pounding, muscle pumping sessions!

GROUP TRAINING CLASSES WILL BE MONDAY - FRIDAY

MORNING CLASSES:

5:15AM (FULL) 6:15AM 8:45AM

EVENING CLASSES:

5:30PM 6:30PM 7:30PM

SPACES ARE LIMITED TO 30 PEOPLE PER CLASS
